Proofpoint Mail Delivery Issues
Hi all, Sorry for the noise, but one of my clients is getting the standard "it's the other guy's fault" with some email delivery issues to/from Proofpoint "Enterprise" customers. If there is anyone from Proofpoint support monitoring this list, some assistance troubleshooting email delivery issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tim Donahue
Postmaster @ charter.net
Hi all, Sorry for the noise, but my emails to postmas...@charter.net are getting rejected. Our mail server is being rejected by charter.net for not having a reverse DNS PTR record, but all the publicly available DNS servers I am able to query are resolving the PTR without any errors. If anyone has a direct contact within Charter that they could put me in contact with it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tim Donahue
Security Contact for PlusServer.de (AS8972)
Hi all, Sorry for the noise, but I am looking for a contact for PlusServer.de (AS8972) to get a security issue resolved. Email to their abuse@ address has gone unanswered for nearly 24 hours at this point and the malicious traffic has not been stopped yet. Hopefully someone here has a security or noc contact that can I can reach out to. Thank you, Tim
INDOSAT Internet Network Provider NOC Contact
Hi all, Sorry for the noise, but I was wondering if anyone has a NOC or BGP knowledgeable contact with INDOSAT Internet Network Provider (AS4761). I have emailed the hostmaster@ email address listed in the WHOIS contact, and tried calling the phone number listed as well (disconnect message). They are announcing one of our prefixes and I am trying to find a contact in their company who can fix the announcement. Tim
GBLX Routing Issues
We have several clients who are experiencing downtime right now on GBLX's network, as well as seeing some intermittent routing problems coming from our GBLX link. Has anyone been able to get more than the standard "The technicians are trying to isolate the problem" out of GBLX at this point? On or off-list replies are welcome. Thank you, Tim
