I've seen your clocks... The IN-17 one is gorgeous!

Looking to use the DS1337 RTC? If so, it'd be so awesome to be able to
sync it with a computer!

I'd be more than happy to get the first one with the B-5092s!

I'd have no use for the remaining four, to be honest. I'd like to see
them put to a nice project.

its very slick and stylish! It looks as well very well suited for
front-viewing nixies, but I'm having a hard time seeing how it would
look with top-viewing ones.

I'll mail you off-list...

Morgan,

I have a proposition to make to you.

I think I may already have a few of those tubes or similar sized
ones. (do I Nicko?).

I made what I think is a good two tube clock, with several fading
routines etc.

I need to do a clock using some of these anyway. I am thinking I
should incorporate the battery backed up real time clock I am using
elsewhere, so I need to do a little more coding but not much.

I'd swop a 2 tube clock, in a finished housing of some kind in turn
for a couple of tubes for myself from you, but you will need a 12 v
US wall wart, if that is where you reside.

That way you'd still have four tubes left.

It will essentially be the code for clock you can see here, there's a
little viddy at the left hand side with the routines for you to look at:

http://www.clock-it.net/neon/2_nixie_clock/index.shtml

But obviously different for front view tubes.

Will you make me a clock from a few of them? If the answer is yes,
they're up for /grabs/.

The reason I'm doing it this way is I don't know if they all work. I
don't want to come off as an idiot, but its the truth. i don't have the
HV stuff anymore to power them properly. if it turns out you can't make
a clock with any working ones, I'm willing to work something out.

This is as much as it is possible, a barter ;) I've wanted a Nixie clock
for some time now... And, some nixies for a clock sounds like a
reasonable offer to me.

If you /really/ insist on buying them though... I'm going to ask more
than what Sphere *and* ebay does, and ask for $20-25 each.

FOR THOSE WONDERING

Deiter has the spec sheets on the Nixie gallery.. Its under the
Burrough's catalog 616.

Excellent! Sure is nice to see them come alive again. Is there a date

code on this?

I have 24 pages of STC data for the /241 including driver circuits and
relay driving applications.
is that data wanted here? [I thought I put it at Yahoo but can't
access it to check.]
