Net-SNMP uses a generic host name specification method to deal with
this (we used to have a -p flag, but it didn't make sense for all
transports so we merged everything into one "name" token).  EG, if you
use hostname:1661 you'll hit port 1661.  If you use udp6:hostname:1661
you'll use ipv6 to hostname on port 1661...

No -p port parameter?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to snmpwalk a server that uses a different port number
(1661). This isn't a port number I would usually use, so I don't want to
add it as a default to my snmp.conf file. Is there a way to specify the
port number on the command line of snmpwalk? BTW, I'm using Net-SNMP
v5.3.0.1.
