too) i would say that funds for arts here is
hahahahahahhaehaheahhaehaeha... hahaha a joke...
we also make everything from our pockets...!
bu is always good to share opinions and knowledges with people that
have funds! of course!
by the way, the pictures of submidialogia 3, our last feestival, are

thi9s last festival we could set up with 2500 US dolars... for food,
house, buses, sound
no matter who is getting support and who is not. what matter is who shares.
and i can bet that you can have many more options in this part of
america than us here in this other part of america.
