I was working from home when I tested before and now I'm at work, where I still had the old configuration. I can still download that file from a browser, using the exact same proxy setup as I have on Netbeans. I've actually retried a couple of days ago and it seemed to work as expected, I've already added a comment to the bug; I've tried another time now and it still works fine. So +1 on slow propagation issues for me. Yes, RC1 is of course the primary version. We know that it works from Czech Republic ;) but how about Italy, Germany, USA, Georgia, Burkina Faso, you name your country? Hence, we would appreciate it if you could help us test the basic scenario described in my last comment in issue #330 [1] or provide your findings with more complex Update Center usecases.
