Where's the bug tracker?

I'm currently getting "500 - Internal Server Error".

I have a problem with reloading a web page. Owing to an upload problem 
there was an image file with zero length, so of course it didn't 
display. I then uploaded the file correctly but I can't get the page 
to reload the missing image. I have tried setting the cache to 0.0 MB.
I also tried Navigation > Reload this page ^F5 but to no avail. The 
page now displays correctly in other browsers.

Using r13571, RPC, RO6
