NM and wusb100

2010-05-03 Thread matias kaukonen
I'm trying to get a WUSB100 wireless to connect to roadrunner via NM on
FC12.
I've compiled a rt3070sta driver and inserted the module in the kernel.
The Network applet list 'ra0 wireless' as an inactive device.
It also has the activate/deactivate button greyed out.
Is this what I'm supposed to see?
If you know what's happening in this case, could you please tell me about
what the next steps are?

thx.,
matias.

I got this to work as expected. I did this in this way:

g_signal_emit_by_name(old,
  NM_SETTINGS_CONNECTION_INTERFACE_REMOVED);
g_hash_table_remove(priv->config_connections,
conn_name);
g_hash_table_insert(priv->config_connections,
g_strdup(conn_name),
new);

just remove the old connection add the new one :P. Network will be
disconnected in a very short period.
