I updated to NetworkManager-0.6.5-6.fc7 last night. Now, when I right-click on the nm-applet icon, the Enable Wireless checkbox is greyed out and I can't set or unset the check mark. The resulting RPM will be in /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386, install the NetworkManager one and see if it fixes the issue. Let me know if you've got questions. The small fix would be that if you don't have killswitches, mark the hardware RF as enabled.
