Yep, try adding append="mem=256M" under the entry for your Linux kernel image in lilo.conf (usually in /etc) then run lilo -v This worked for me. Except I have 128 MB RAM and mine says 128M instead of 256M. I hear it could get ugly if you remove RAM so keep boot disk with out this set.
