Hello, I'm currently running Linux Mandrake v6.0 with a stock "server" installation. The FTP daemon allows anonymous FTP to log in, but it doesn't allow uploading into a fully writable upload directory. It also doesn't allow users that have accounts on the system to log in. The only way to connect to it is anonymously. Does anyone know what configuration files or settings I can look at to fix either of these problems? I've scanned all the man pages I thought would contain something useful, but can't seem to find the right fix.
