Hi

I am getting an error starting up Xfree. I have an S3 Trio 64V+ and am
getting the following error:
"An error has occurred:
could not open default font 'fixed'
try to change some parameters."

Please help, this is for a demo for my IT Manager to convert from Red Hat to
Mandrake.

[newbie] Setting up a FTP Server for Guest Access

BlankCan someone please tell me how to go about setting up a ftp server for
guest and real access to their home directories. I have used the FAQ's at
www.wu-ftpd.org but with them I am getting " FTP LOGIN REFUSED (shell not in
/etc/shells)"

Please help me.

Hi

Goto to DrakConf in you Configuration - Menu and run the X-Server
Configuration(Should be the first option. When it asks if you want to boot
to GUI say no and reboot. It worked for me.

[newbie] Mouse Problems in KDE

Hi

Does anyone know how to stop a jittery mouse in 
KDE. It just moves to a corner and sticks there with a shaking action when I 
move the mouse. It is a PS/2 Intellimouse.

Does anybody know how to Install Unreal Tournament 
with out needing a Linux version of the game. I bought the Win32 version quiet a 
while ago before the Linux version was around.
