Newbie,

I feel like I'm being spammed. Every time I sign on I have tons of Linux 
messages that ask me questions I don't understand. I am not a Linux expert, 
so I wish they would knock it off.

I currently have Compuserve as an ISP. They are suppose to be Linux friendly. 
I will ask their tech support people about accessing the net from Linux.

Brett,

I have the Complete Linux 6.5 loaded and I have the same problem. The CD goes 
round and round, but no sound emerges. That's better than my Windows 98 OS. 
It locks up every time I try to play a CD and it does'nt matter what player I 
use.
