And when in using command line the Win key doesn't switch between
consoles anymore. :-( That was so cool.
(When in Ctrl-Alt-F4 the left Win key took you to Ctrl-Alt-F3 and the
right to Ctrl-Alt-F5.)

Which window manager? In KDE:

1) Select K > Control Center
2) Click Look & Feel, then Shortcuts
3) Find Popup Launch Menu which is under Panel
4) Make the change and apply it.
