James, Have you checked the list of cards on your system at all? The last time I was in the display setup there were so many listed there that I was becoming a bit annoyed having to wade through them all. The List does have a driver for Nvidia Generic I think but It would not work. When it tried to test it I say the monitor or Video were wrong and asked to be reconfigured. Mine is a Prophet II and it tries to detect it and then tries to test it and says that no configurations will work with this card. Everything I try fails and then when I try X it always gives me failed attempt or a bunch of wierd stuff on the screen.
