You can use Netscape Communicator's Composer, it's pretty good. There's also
StarOffice, which is the one I use, it's got some more tools and it's easy to
use.

Go to Freshmeat and get Bluefish. It's mighty easy to use but not like
CuteFTP whose very name nauseatesme.

I quite liked BlueFish - "http://bluefish.linuxbox.com"
Although not up there with the likes of HotMetal, I
found it pretty useful.
