I've got a whole stack of blank cd-r's, and a copy of LM10 Official! Why pay an online company, who would probably charge you postage as well as 8.95... I recently gave a colleague a set of 10.0 CDs after he'd expressed an interest in Linux (I also offered to come over and help install it, but theinstallation worked flawlessly, so I wasn't required). He gave me a copy of of C in 21 Days (not much use at the moment, as I'm in heavy Perl mode, but it could be a good Summer read).
