Position your mouse over the eyes, then move it slightly to the left.

The eyes should now be looking at a dotted bar (it is really hard to see, 
I thing the eyes might need glasses)

right click on the dotted bar, then select remove.

This worked for me after I put the eyes on the panel and could not remove 
them..make sure that eyesapplet is not in trusted applets in panel 
settings, then using your preferred method uninstall the kdetoys rpm, then 
re-install it again
