[newbie] HELP - StarOfiice 5.2 does not print !

all you guru's

my epson stylus 740 is setup fine under LM 7.2, but SO 5.2 does not print
anything to it. In the SPadmin i added the driver from the cups databse
directory. 'usr/share/cups/model/epson'. when i send a print job to the
printer, it appears very briefly in the print job queue. any pointers on
how i should go about diagnosing this

On the Mandrake forum there was a lot of info about Cups printing and
SO5.2  On http://mandrakeuser.org you can find the entire thread on
printing. Seems you need to update a few RPMS for things to work.
