Hi,

I try to upgrade to apache 2.0 from 1.3
I use command rpm -qa | grep apache to see all apache
packages.
Then rpm -e apache apache-manual ... etc.
One of the files that I tried to remove have
dependency with perl and it not allow me to remove it,
unless I remove the other dependency.

1. Is this the correct way to uninstall apache server
?

I also have installed apache 2.0. I tried to overwrite
it ( it seems silly ). But when I run from
   /src/local/apache2/httpd start, it works

But I check on http://127.0.0.1 --> shows apache 1.3
manual. That's mean apache 1.3 have not fully
uninstall

2. How to solve this problem ? Other things, I check
at my .bashrc file. I have alias still refer to apache
1.3. (I can fix this but I still want to clean old
apache version)

THX for your help
