Regards Nene Hmm, not very familiar with Red Hat, but under Mandrake (and assuming its a standard) you can type in: uname -a and it will give you lots of info including the kernel version. uname -a as already mentioned or 'rpm -qa | grep kernel' will show you the kernel or kernels you have installed.
