Looks like you are literally writing user login, from the error message.
You need to replace user login with your own login name, e.g. Roman or
so. The name that you use to log into Linux as user.

[newbie] Konsole Syntax Error

I am still having problems with enabling the MAC OS bar as user. It work
fine when I log in as root.
After reinstalling Linux, my original settings got wiped out. Now, while
in root, I understood that the following command would work:

chown -R user login.user login /home/user login

After pressing the enter key, the following error message appears:

bash: syntax error near unexpected token 'login

Any help would be appreciated.
