Hi, I have Mdk10.0 running on my ASUS M2400N laptop.
I would like to connect an external lcd monitor running at 1280x1024. The internal lcd panel is 1024x768. I can switch between internal, external and both monitors using the Fn key on my laptop and via acpi. Is it possible to configure X to use different resolutions on the two monitors ? - and if: How ? It does not have to be at the same time.... I know it can be done using two XF86Config-4 files, but I would like it to happen automatically (even without the ctrl-altc-+/- switch.. Regards Mads
