A mini-iso for 10.2 is available, which looks like it will take about 
half a CD:
http://anorien.csc.warwick.ac.uk/mirrors/Mandrakelinux/devel/iso/10.2/i586/
(and presumably on other cooker mirrors too)

I haven't tried it myself, but I assume it must contain urpmi so you can 
then download the rest of what you need. Bear in mind that this is 
*cooker*, so there may well be problems!
