Hello Brent,
Look at your /etc/fstab
For my setup, I added the line:
/dev/hda4 /nt40 ntfs defaults 0 0

then I added the directory "nt40"  to my "/" partition

There is proably a cmd to make all this work. However I had to do a
reboot shades of 2 many yrs with nt and it was up.

I must admit to a few dumbfounded hours spent staring at the "man
fstab"  to try to figure it out. Hopefully you're a quicker study.
