I just downloaded a applet called Webklip
(http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=13241), compiled it,
and installed it. I assume that after restarting X-windows it should
show up in the 'Add Applet menu' when I right-click on Kicker, but it
does not. What am I missing?
Thanks,

Sometimes with some apps, I've had to run:
export KDE_DIR=/usr
./configure --prefix=/usr
...where did the binary end up going?
