Hello, I just downloaded the xine packages of lib and ui version 0.9.2. I made a directory for xine at /usr/share/xine and ui is under the lib directory. In short, the path is:
for lib: /usr/share/xine/lib for ui: /usr/share/xine/lib/ui I followed the xine installation how-to that lib should be compiled first before ui. I ./configure, make, make install successfully on my lib but when I start to make my ui, the lib PATH wasn't able to recognized/find by ui. But I already set the PATH for the lib. Have you encountered this problem before? If it's okay with you, could you please tell me what is the step by step how to build my xine package? BTW, I also want to delete some of my PATH patterns but I already forgot how I did this before. Could you please tell me how? Any help will be much appreciated.
