Re: [newbie] TNT Card
Um, I'm running the Creative TNT card at 1280x1024x32 bit. I'm using the standard package from the 5.3 CD, so nothing new has sullied the mix, and I just told it I was running a Riva TNT, and it chose this as its favored res/color depth. I have tried using everything and nothing seems to run this thing and i wind up using standard vga which is terrible. I want the resolution to be at least 1024x whatever. I need the resolution to be small and i can't get it any smaller with standard vga other than 640x480 what should i do? i ran xf86config and it does no good for me either. What I did was select "Generic Mulitscan" and configured from there. HTH Regards, Qman...
