Kirk,
be careful with boot magic.  I used it recently, removed one of the partitions
it had listed as a boot partition (which wasn't, ot was my primary slave -
a drive full of windows games!) and so removed the entry.  It trashed the whole
disk and wiped all of my programs.  I will never use it again.

[newbie] bootloaders

I am having so much trouble with lilo, trying to boot more than one linux 
distribution, that I was wondering if anyone knows of another bootloader 
that might work?
