You need to tell the web server to LISTEN to port 8080. If you're using
apache it'll likely be in commonhttpd.conf or httpd.conf.

Apache is only listening on port 80. I'm trying to get Zope up and
running on port 8080. But, whenever I try to hit http://myurl:8080 it
will only work on my server, and none of the other machines. Somehow,
even though this appears to be open in the firewall and Zope is up and
listening, the outside requests are not getting through...driving me up
the wall.
