LM8.1 autodetects and installs the proper module for the BT8x8 based
cards.

You might need to make a link to /dev/video but otherwise it takes care
of everything.

Any of the BT8x8 tuners work fine if you do NOT have an ALiMagik or VIA
based chipset on the motherboard.

There are serious compatibility issues with both of these and most
internal Tuner cards stemming from the video overlay mode these boards
can use. (Which you want!).
