Hello, I have a problem with the Isa pnp sound blaster Vibra; when I make sndconfig, it become to work but when I reset the machine, the modem dont work any more but the sound is ok. The modem (3com 56k internal Isa) is in com 2 irq 3 and work good in win98; the sound is irq 5 dma1/0 (win98). I use my modem on LM7 with no problems if I do not make the sndconfig.
