Ken Saro-Wiwa was a writer/environmentalist, lobbying Shell Oil to stop polluting his part of Nigeria. The junta arrested Ken and used a kangaroo court to have him hanged. This month, a court in New York will decide if Shell was at fault for Ken's death.
