RE: [Nighthawk Lovers] 750 Nighthawk main stand

When I replaced my exhaust for an aftermarket one, I had to get a little
creative. I think it hooked up to the factory exhaust. Not sure though.

Hello folks - the website is very helpful. I have an issue that I can use
your help on. I have purchased an ebay main stand for 750 Nighthawk. Not sure
what years it is for, but I cleaned it up and have it mounted with the two
frame bolts. The center brace on the stand has a welded on loop presumably to
hook the retractor spring. Not sure how to hook the spring to the frame. on one
side, there is metal piece possibly used as a guide bracket for the chain. this
is just a guess. can anyone say with clarity where the spring mounts to the
frame at. Thanks in advance for your help.
