[Ninux-day] Ubiquiti M2, M5 and ad-hoc
Hi! Have anybody tested Ubiquiti M2 or M5 units (like bullets or loco) with ad-hoc? Does it work? Does even maybe work ad-hoc and AP at the same time? So we are thinking of using M2 units in ad-hoc mode and M5 for point-to-point backbone links. Mitar ___ Ninux-day mailing list Ninux-day@ml.ninux.org http://ml.ninux.org/mailman/listinfo/ninux-day

If you install OpenWRT you can use the M5 in Ad hoc mode. We are also using this patch: http://freifunk.net/pipermail/wlanware/2010-December/002439.html Saverio ___ Ninux-day mailing list Ninux-day@ml.ninux.org http://ml.ninux.org/mailman/listinfo/ninux-day

I thought that there is not ad-hoc in N standard? So this is G ad-hoc just on 5 GHz (or A ad-hoc)?
