Hi Garima,

We should also remove the title for "E-Mail Address", else it seems a group for 
Email   
Lead Source 
Contact List
when there are 3 independent fields. But then all the fields under "Primary 
Phone Number" seem to be part of it, which is wrong !Image 001.png!

I propose to rather close this issue as "Not a Problem"
