[ns] How could I install ETX implementation by Karlstads university?

Hi, all!
  I have install Cygwin(version 2.416) and ns-allinone-2.26 in windows XP.
  The I follow the instruction to replace the ns-2.26 directory with the 
contents
of ns-2.26-aodv-uu-etx-v02.tar.gz.

  And then used make clean; ./configure; make depend; make  to compile, but 
failed. 

   Can anyone give me some suggestions?

[ns] RSVP-TE module

Can someone send me the patch of the ns2.26 (rsvp_te_ns.patch) with
the RSVP-TE module implemented by Christian Callegari and Fabio
Vitucci? I asked the developers, but they could not answer me.
