I am mahendran.When i run hyacinth centralized channel assignment algorithm
given in software downloads of website

I am Mahen I am trying to install ns2.1b9agcc32 with cygwin.i used the cygwin patch file.i got the following error.otcl configuration failed.can u help me installing ns2.1b9a.give me the procedure and how to rectify the error.
