We should never the shut the door on any wolves fan don’t we all won’t the same
thing . More members for days when we catch up over food and beers .
More the merrier for internet chat .
He has a Facebook page which everyone can join so we don’t have to shut down
nswolves ,100%keep that going .
Matt is joining us to world wide wolves as Sydney wolves this hopefully get us
more exposure and members .
He has a good Facebook site which we all can chose to use ,Like putting
Churchill’s for fa cup game details on there .

I can only see a gain to be had .

We need to keep ste web site active and google groups

Carl doesn’t need to chairman us and I don’t think he is trying to .

Subject: [Boo! Nuno out!] Worldwide Wolves/NSW Wolves

So following on from Saturday's discussion I have been in contact with both
Karl (NSW Wolves) and Alan (Worldwide Wolves).

Karl has put a huge amount of effort into the stuff he is doing and I think
this is something we should get on board with and leverage.

I spoke to him for an hour this morning and we spoke about how we could better
engage and bring Wolves fans together across NSW. My thinking, and what we have
discussed, is that due to geography it is natural that people will get
together/meet etc based on location, but that there is value in harnessing
these numbers in a broader community, particularly online. If there is a
NSWolves website, a Newcastle Wolves website, a Wollongong Wolves website etc,
how much different would these be, how much duplication would there be (effort
and content), how much extra cost involved etc. Let's recognise these dispersed
'pockets' of fans by having each register with Wolves, while coming together
under the broader banner of New South Wales. Everyone would continue in these
smaller pockets, but we could semi regularly get together as a wider group.

Also, there's obvious value in numbers when it comes to things like recognition
from the club (ticket allocation for example).

Have a look at his website - https://nswwolvessupporters.club/. I think its
pretty good. Be great to see some NSWolves stuff on the 'Blast from the Past'
page.

I stressed that we are keen to recognise and preserve the history of NSWolves,
and a big part of that for me is about honouring the legacy of Jim, Les and
Marcus. We'll always be NSWolves. He is onboard with this and says he would be
keen to celebrate this history with website content etc.

Next steps would be to involve Alan from Worldwide Wolves in these discussions.

Before I do that, I'd like to hear any comments/feedback so that whatever we do
is the will of the masses. We're massive right? Well, certainly when compared
to Bundanoon Wolves!

A definite NO.

I’m happy to continue as we are as a non-affiliated / unofficial supporters
Club.

This Karl chap is a Crook, who will take advantage of all our long years of
support and be crowned NSW Wolves Chairman.

I normally would say I’m happy to go with the majority but not this time. Sorry
Matt.

Just to confirm, we are meeting at Churchills Sports Bar – Kingsford for the
game?

2019-04-01 Thread Tim Sheedy
Matt - thanks for leading this. I think we should try and join with
them. As you say he is making an effort on the website and blog - and
the blog might give us the opportunity to publish our own posts etc (can
you find out if this is possible)? It might be useful sometimes to put
our own thoughts, stories etc out there - and maybe share some of the
links and blogs/vlogs etc that we use to get access to Wolves content? I
guess I am interested in knowing if this is HIS site or if he is willing
to make it more of a community site?

That said I hate the white people images that he uses on the site. But
that shouldn't be a showstopper :-P
