If I understand the mechanism correctly you reinstate the pagenumbering
by saying location={header,right}
So I would suggest to say on this page location=
I would insert a \page after the \framed and reinstate the pagenumbering
with location={header,right}

You're right; I don't know how to fix this, but for the centering aspect I
would suggest another approach that is more in the context way of doing:

[NTG-context] \typefile with a file in \usepath fails
Hello,
\typefile does not output a file not in the current directory but
available from a path defined by \usepath. It sounds like a bug since the
file is actually found; if not, a message telling that the file does not
exist would be printed.
Example:
\usepath[/path/to/my/file]
\typefile{filebasename}
