I will send tomorrow my typescripts with the pdf file I get from my test file. None of this, I'm afraid, even though it's a FAQ. tex4ht comes close in some aspects (but works much better for LaTeX than for ConTeXt), and the author is willing to fix and improve things on user requests. Try running htcontext on your document and keep your fingers crossed that it would work. [NTG-context] Context to xml
Hello, Reading to the xml documentation, I see in the « basic workflow » section that it's possible to have a TeX -> style -> Xml flow. Is this flow availaible ? I can't see it in the doc. I just need a few simple test : Title, author, paragraph. Since Context is the best way to produce pdf, i don't want to do Xml -> Contex -> Pdf but Contex -> pdf (various size) -> xml (-> html ?) Is this possible or just a todo thing ? I put the afm and pfb into the tree. --- \usetypescript [lucida] [texnansi] \switchtotypeface [lucida] [9pt] --- from showfont results in latinmodern. If you have standalone ConTeXt, than it's not included in the distribution, but on my TODO list (I don't really manage to figure out how to set some variables to make it work properly, and I need to set auto-updates as well). You might need TeX Live or MikTeX or some other distribution. It's also possible to set it up manually, but way too painful. Mkiv does not like \{ .. \} in the text input, it thinks that they should
be in math mode. For example,

OK, but how do I change the font family for the whole document? I noticed that \setupbodyfont[ant] changes it to Antykva Torunska, but with other fonts I have no such luck. Where do I see what to put in the square brackets to enable which font? Or do I have to roll my own? we need to complete the tables in math-ini as well as char-def ... i
occasionally add symbols but it's a tedious job
so, if you miss one, just send me a magic lines

I am trying to typeset a URL that has numerous “%”s in it which I am
replacing with “\%”s. The problem is that while the typeset URL works,
the printed URL is showing the “\%”s rather than just the “%”s.
For example,

[NTG-context] Minimals - how to use?
Hi all (and thanks for the help lately with tables etc.) I have been running mkiv on a mac (powerpc, OS 10.4) with no problems, in conjunction with a TeXLive installation. I have updated this setup several times, by downloading the latest luatex and latest context from their respective sites, and following instructions previously sent to this list regarding making files executable and creating a couple of links. Lately, it seems that minimals from the contextgarden wiki are becoming the accepted standard, so I decided to switch. I downloaded the first-run script, ran it, it successfully downloaded all the components to a directory. Now my stupid question: How do I actually *use* the minimal ConTeXt installation? The same bahviour on my side as Lutz has, copy and paste is possible and the correct text is shown in my editor from the output the text in the PDF file is wrong. The uppercase and lowercase chars and numbers except of the last one of them in text are correct but umlauts and other chars are wrong.
