The problem is that that's only a dirty trick that is not supposed to
work and might stop working in the future, so I would rather try not
to rely on it. A better interface for XeTeX typescripts (something
similar to fontspec) is missing heavily.

[NTG-context] Typesetters for Hire wiki page
Hello everyone, I want to make something real using ConTeXt, e.g., typeset a book, but I have no orders yet. Tonight I was surfing Internet and found an open source framework for Web, Django. (It is the name of famous gipsy jazz guitarist, btw). The interesting point is that the site has the list of developers seeking enployment. Why doesn't this definition use the old style numerals that come with the font?
It seems to use the latin modern font when I try to use \os. Small caps are
working fine.
I'd like all the numbers in the document to be typeset in old style numerals
unless I tell it otherwise, btw how do I achieve the latter? As in break out of
onum and typeset in the normal numbers?

I apologize for sending twice this message: since I did not receive it
myself, I thought it has been lost…
So here is my help request:
I just updated my TeX installation with the latest MacTeX-TeXLive 2008, and
since the version of LuaTeX included there was 0.25.0, I built a binary
version
LuaTeX, Version snapshot-0.29.0-2008091817.
Now the problem is that my usual procedure for generating mkiv doesn't work
and I couldn't fix the problem…
(That procedure used to work fine with the previous version of
MacTeX-TeXLive 2008).
More precisely
mtxrun --selfupdate
seems to work fine, but then
luatools --selfupdate
results in:
LuaTools | to be replaced old script /usr/texbin/luatools
LuaTools | unable to locate new script
LuaTools |
LuaTools | runtime: 0.082 seconds
and the command
luatools --generate
apparently works fine, since there is no complaints, as far as I can see.
Now when I issue the command:
luatools --ini --verbose --compile cont-en
luatools stops after executing some commands and finally I get:

Since I do most of the operations without really understanding what is going

[NTG-context] typescript and font features bug?
Hi all, I am using the latest minimal and try to compile the following two files with luatex. The second file, using typescript and font features together, get a serious problem with the final pdf: punctuation centered unexpectedly in lines. For the first files, with no font features specified, it is OK. I do not know whether someone else can replicate this problem. But it happended on my laptop.
