[NTG-context] 10. BayTeX @ München (21st July at 2 p.m.)
Hello, I'm forwarding invitation & call for papers for the 10th Bavarian TeX user meeting which will be held in Garching bei München in a bit less that three weeks. Talk proposals should be submitted until the end of the week (8th). The text below is in German only. I apologize for that, but I believe that it is of major interest for German-speaking users anyway (but if anyone would like to go and needs translation or extra information, feel free to contact the organizers). Mojca -- Forwarded message -- From: Leo Arnold Date: 2012/7/1 Subject: [TeX-MUC] 10. Mit freundlichen Grüߟen Leo Arnold i.V. You have to add \nobreak between the quotation mark and the text, e.g. \setupdelimitedtext[quotation][1][left=„\nobreak] but I can give you better answer when you tell use why do you want to change the delimiters as shown above because „ and “ are the default symbols for german when you use \quotation. [NTG-context] [***SPAM***] quotationmarks just before new line
Hello, It frequently happens to me that a new line in an output-document starts just after a quotation mark. So I encounter lines in my ConTeX-created .pdf like: "And the prince of Denmark spoke: ' how weary, stale, flat, and unprofitable seem to me all the uses of this world!' " Its hard to say how often this happens but I'd say its roughly every 50 quotations. A minimal example to see the problem in action: (also on http://pastebin.com/cEMiGZju) \mainlanguage [de] \setuppapersize[A4] \setuplayout[width=6cm] \setupquotation [1] [left=„, right=“] \setupquote [1] [left=„, right=“] \starttext \language[de] Bereiche der\quotation{waren transparent, so dass} man auf. I'm using LiveTex 2011/LuaTex typeset but the problem can be reproduced using the example code at http://live.contextgarden.net/ and the "XeTeX"-Setting. Is there any fix to this problem? Kind Regards, Jan ___ If your question is of interest to others as well, please add an entry to the Wiki! maillist : ntg-context@ntg.nl / http://www.ntg.nl/mailman/listinfo/ntg-context webpage : http://www.pragma-ade.nl / http://tex.aanhet.net archive : http://foundry.supelec.fr/projects/contextrev/ wiki : http://contextgarden.net ___
Re: [NTG-context] List without bullets

When you the head and the itemize entries are on the same level you can’t change/remove it because head uses the normal item symbol but when you move the entries at a deeper level you can use the empty symbol “none” for the top level and use the “bullet” symbol for the sub level. \starttext \startitemize \starthead {Topic} \startitem My text for topic \stopitem \stophead \starthead {Another Topic} \startitem Text for another topic. \stopitem \stophead \stopitemize \startitemize[none][width=0pt] \starthead {Topic} \startitemize[bullet] \startitem My text for topic \stopitem \stopitemize \stophead \starthead {Another Topic} \startitemize[bullet] \startitem Text for another topic. \stopitem \stopitemize \stophead \stopitemize \stoptext Wolfgang ___ If your question is of interest to others as well, please add an entry to the Wiki! maillist : ntg-context@ntg.nl / http://www.ntg.nl/mailman/listinfo/ntg-context webpage : http://www.pragma-ade.nl / http://tex.aanhet.net archive : http://foundry.supelec.fr/projects/contextrev/ wiki : http://contextgarden.net ___
