Yes, with the 2018.04.19 version, the identifier in the output of
`context --nodates' includes the compilation time, as in

  foo.2018-04-24T01:49:47-19:00.

On the other hand, with the 2017.11.14 version, the identifier in the
output of `context --nodates' is just

  foo

Raghu.

PS: Incidentally, what is the "-19:00" in date in the first identifier?
In my time zone, IST, I would have expected 2018-04-24T01:49:47+05:30.

Re: [NTG-context] Question about paragraphs and hanging punctuation

2018-04-23 Thread Tomas Hala
Hi Wolfgang,

I tried it and the syntactic error disappeared, thanks.
But the left quotation character is still not hanging.
I tried also different positions of this fixing code,
but with no success.

Is there any other way how to fix it?

The best,

Tomáš

Hi Wolfgang,

some deep error appeared, unfortunately. I tested it on TL2014--17. Did you
use TL2018? It seems similarly as any other error related with the change of
dimensions maintanance betweeen TL2017 and 2018.

# Hello,
#
# I have got a document with e.g. six chapters, numbers are from 1 to 6.
# At special places I would like put a special page containing a special
# title.
# The special page should be without a header and without any number,
# the title should be put into the contents by the same way as other
# chapters..
#
# I came across two problems:
#
# First, in the minimal example below I get chapter numbers 1, 2, 4, 5, 7,
# 8
# and if I use incrementnumber=no, the "specialpage" is not stored in the
# contents.
#
# Secondly, I do know how to switch off the header only at this special
# page.
#
# I also tried \definehead[specialpage][title] but in this case the
# "specialpage" is not stored in the
# contents, too.

Re: [NTG-context] Reproducible PDF output not working

2018-04-23 Thread Arthur Reutenauer
Hi Raghu,

I can reproduce the problem you observe. Hans, it seems the
identifier uses the time of compilation, when it should probably use the
time of last modification of the source file.

Best,

Arthur

[NTG-context] luatex hangs with \placebookmarks

2018-04-23 Thread Joseph Canedo
Dear list,

I use

$ context --version
mtx-context | ConTeXt Process Management 1.02
mtx-context | current version: 2018.04.19 15:53

With this simple attached MWE, I have luatex hanging in run 3. No idea what I
am doing wrong.
In other cases I get a lua error (could not write a MWE yet that reproduces
this) :

lua error > lua error on line 0 in file :

...est/tex/texmf-context/tex/context/base/mkiv/lpdf-ano.lua:292: attempt to
index a nil value

Thanks a lot
Best regards

Joseph
