Whoops! I misstated what is happening. I confused myself. Item 2 is the problem. The TOC and book order are correct. Re: [NTG-context] indent lost after \placefigure
Is there something else I should do? I still have 2 instances of the paragraph immediately after a figure not indented. Both of these are on the tops of their respective pages. And I have one paragraph just before a figure that is not indented. I tried \indenting[yes] for the paragraphs in question to no avail. [NTG-context] Block quotes with multiple paragraphs
I am away from home and don't have my reference books handy, so need to as a simple question: When block quotes include multiple paragraphs are these paragraphs separate by \medskip or \smallskip?
