Thank you very much, Thomas. Yes, it also works perfectly for me now. I also had this problem for a while but only got to looking at it seriously yesterday. I was thinking in the direction of criterium=all but I was looking at the setuppublications command where it has a different meaning. By reading closely the manual again I see that there is some hint to your solution. The behaviour is a bit strange, though.
