Not without more information. - Does this happen when you compile the product or the component? - Do you have matching startproduct/stopproduct and startcomponent/stopcomponent in your files? - Can you make a minimal example or can you send your document (private mail is also possible in this case)! Thank you, the solution was the line \environment which is needed to use in both files chapter file and product file, too.
