Working with a client that has ChoiceONE DSL for Internet. I'm trying to set up some remote access with RDP and SSH but can only get it to work for about 2 minutes then I get disconnected and cannot reconnect. Their router is a linksys BEFSX41. I've tried resetting the router, playing with the configs, etc. No go. Could ChoiceONE be blocking those ports inbound? I have a tech support call in to them but haven't heard back yet.
