KB949516/Enterprise Vault 8

 All-

I'm trying to install the hotfix KB949516 which is a pre-req for installing 
Enterprise Vault 8.  But everytime I run the hotfix it tells me that The 
update doesn't apply to your system.

Has anyone every run across this before?

Answered my own question.

KB949516 is already inside SP2 for Windows 2008.
