You are using Win2000 backup which is very different from NT 4. It's a
buggy slimmed down version of BE. It took a lot of my nerves to get it
work right. Take a look at this:

You need to refresh RSM to recognize the new media.

I have tried several different tapes, same message.
How do you get the device to recognize the media? The device works ok
with
Backup Exec.
Any suggestions, I am running NTbackup for exchange on another DLT

and it works fine.
