Hey guys, anyone here using windows phone found a reasonable solution for
syncing exchange/outlook notes to your phone? I'm really missing this and
my google-fu is failing me.

Since I'm so OT anyway, I'll go ahead and day I'm really liking the windows
phone interface, just missing some of my favorite apps right now.

Lately? I don't talk to myself, I talk to Bob. I talk to Bob all the
time. Bob gets irritated because no one else can see him. I have found
if I just wear a blue tooth headset people seem less disturbed by my
conversations.

Hey guys, anyone here using windows phone found a reasonable solution for
syncing exchange/outlook notes to your phone? I'm really missing this and

Since I'm so OT anyway, I'll go ahead and day I'm really liking the windows

It's very likely that the large customers that Microsoft does telemetry against
indicated that they weren't critical to their environment. Just a guess.

I do prefer direct Exchange sync as well.

Why a simple thing like Notes syncing was dropped is beyond me.

I ended up using Touchdown for Android because it syncs tasks/calendar as well
as mail... but no Notes.

Hey guys, anyone here using windows phone found a reasonable solution
for syncing exchange/outlook notes to your phone? I'm really missing
this and my google-fu is failing me.

Since I'm so OT anyway, I'll go ahead and day I'm really liking the

RE: OT:windows phone and outlook notes

2012-05-02 Thread Rod Trent
That's why I use Evernote. Evernote works the same across Android, iOS,
Windows - even the Windows 8 app (downloadable from the Windows 8 market).

OneNote is great coupled with Outlook and Exchange, but when you use
multiple devices, it's not a great solution. Evernote does notes and more.

Re: OT:windows phone and outlook notes

2012-05-02 Thread joe user

Think you have to consider One Note or Office 365.
Love my WP7. Check out "I'm a WP7!" by Liquid Daffodil.
Great app, lots of features. I have iPhone and Droid ICS, etc and my
Windows Phone is by far the best. However, there are a number of free
apps on Droid that are either not available yet or cost $ on WP.

Still with the drawbacks it has the benefits still outweigh!

Hey guys, anyone here using windows phone found a reasonable solution for
syncing exchange/outlook notes to your phone? I'm really missing this and my
google-fu is failing me.

Since I'm so OT anyway, I'll go ahead and day I'm really liking the windows
phone interface, just missing some of my favorite apps right now.
